All Property Maintenance carried out a general refurbish of a bathroom in my son's house. The work included carpentry by making and fitting bath side and end panels, upgrading pipe box work, installing a heated towel rail that involved re-plumbing the associated pipe work and, redecorating the bathroom when all the described work was finished. The work was carried out to very very good standard to an agreed schedule both aspects of which my son and I were pleased with. We would use them for similar work in the future.

I have had Mike over here today to sort out my gutter, and I am really pleased with him. It is an awkward job because of the difficult access due to the height, and the fact that not all of the gutter can be accessed directly from a ladder. However he has taken a lot of care to clear it and make sure that it flows freely. He fished out a lump of slate that has come off my neighbour’s roof and was wedged in by gutter restricting the flow of water. Hopefully it has done the trick. I would be happy to recommend him to people, and will certainly have him back to undertake a number of small jobs that need doing.

I asked Mike to come round to our rented property and paint our radiator before we leave on 8th August. We booked this in for 31st July, Mike was on time (even a bit early I think) and he applied a coat of paint to the radiator followed by a top coat and I couldn't be happier with the result - it looks brand new. Mike was very professional and very chirpy - even at 8am! I would have no hesitation in recommending Mike.
